A Window To A Life 2004

Well folk, here it is - it's in my face (no pun intended) -
I'm SIXTY.
Turning sixty isn't what it's cracked up to be. Frankly I
don't feel a bit different than I did when I was 59 - just kidding.
Since my last update I have become a student of Tai Chi Chuan.
Other than tennis, Tai Chi is the best physical exercise I have ever practiced. I strongly
recommend it for people of all ages. You will feel and think differently after learning
this ancient martial art. To properly
learn Tai Chi, buy a DVD or tape from Dr. Paul Lam, a physician. He is a Chinese gold
medallist who will teach you this beautiful form of exercise right there in your own home
or office.
On another subject, I am looking forward to spring. This year
I am planting a large vegetable garden. I am drawing it up on my computer and placing the
rows in accordance with the available sun and shade. I will grow tomatoes, green onions,
corn, okra, and a variety of herbs. I am also actively engaged in landscaping my lawn.
Learning horticulture is a challenge and I am enjoying the results of my labor.
Here's hoping that your lives are as happy as mine is. You
deserve it. We all do.
Love,
Judi
